Seattle permit intelligence for contractors
Every Monday, every new construction and remodel permit in Seattle — with the owner's mailing address — in your inbox for less than the cost of two shared Thumbtack leads.
Building permits, land-use applications, and the property owner's mailing address — cleaned, matched, and delivered every Monday. No shared leads, no bidding wars.
How it works
1. Permits get filed
Every night we ingest new building and land-use permits straight from the City of Seattle — new construction, additions, remodels, demos, and early land-use signals. Trade permits are filtered out.
2. We attach the owner
Each permit is matched to King County parcel records to find the property owner's taxpayer name and mailing address, USPS-verified. Below-threshold matches go to human review — we never guess.
3. You get Monday's list
Every Monday at 6am your list lands in your inbox and dashboard — filterable, exportable, mail-merge ready. Or let our Concierge design and mail your postcards for you.
